Any exercise at any time of the day is always better than no exercise. Compressing eating window to eight hours if you can do or six hours and eating healthy nutrition within that eating window is also pretty very important. We cannot look at longevity or overall health comprehensively in humans. But there was a study that just got published a couple of weeks ago in science magazine. It's not even in full print, it's only online. And I think that relates to this question. This is a very simple calorie restriction study in mice. When you reduce calorie in mice by 20 to 40%, then these mice typically live longer than those who eat normal food and within reasonable nutrition quality.
