Chris Hagan: My background is I came out of commercial banking years ago and one of my customers was based out in Arizona. And so I moved out to Arizona not knowing a soul and been here ever since. We ultimately took that company public on the New York Stock Exchange in 1994, sold it later on to GE. He says he stepped down at the end of last year to be able to do things like this.
