The Importance of Not Remembering

The whole purpose to a second brain is to offload it and put it somewhere else. So the, the entire premise that the base of the building a secondbrain is to not remember the stuff. You don't want to be thinking about it all the time because your brain is for creating ideas not storing them. And so this is where, for me, the assumptions of David Allen and getting things done and storing ideas, remembering ideas, those sorts of things. That is a very action oriented task oriented business productivity focused view of learning.
