Decision-Making in a Large Organization

The speed with which you make decisions and the number of decisions you're able to make on a weekly or daily basis is a huge competitive advantage. I think about how much time you spend this feels like probably the biggest one for startups to take advantage of because it's so accessible and doesn't cost a lot of money in and of itself. If you're making something that requires a lot of decision-making good for you you might make wrong decisions but even the willingness to just decide and move on is fantastic.
