How to Find Your Audience When Breaking Down Technical Jargon

Shannon: I feel like as tech nerd, we sometimes over complicate things for the everyday person. So we need to figure out a way to dial it down a little bit, to dial down a jargon, make it more understandable and then at that point, you will begin to find your audience when you make things a little bit easier for people to follow and understand.
