MCB - What Is a Call Center?

I visited the call center, grew there, became the training manager. In 2008, my only union, which demands the key, it's a tough thing to do. So I was asked if we could take these calls from the horse somehow. And I said, why not? So we did a DRCite for MCB in four days. What's that? Disaster recovery. We actually diverted all the calls in four days from Karachi to Lahore. Then they asked me if you could set up a call center there. I did that for them within three months. That was the turning point where I also realized how much capability I had other than communication and convincing people was to manage projects
