LZ Granderson: Todd Rokita deceptively defines obscene as if the dominant theme of the matter appeals to the prorient interest in sex, including material harmful to minors. LZ: obscenity is not just ooh icky sex stuff, right? It is not even pornography. The First Amendment says you can sell those books and DVDs at Target and there's no age limit on who can buy them,. LZ: And that's because Todd quoted only the first part of the three part test for obscenity.
