Peake bone density, essentially all the bricks in place on the wall, happen roughly in a woman's mid thirties. One of the biggest causes of bone loss is not getting to that point. In general, 15 hundred milligrams a day is a reasonable amount of calcium. The vast majority of calcium, a glass of milk, a container of yogert a viactive candy bar have about 350 milligrams of calcium.
