From day one, we want to create a retention-driven business. We don't need to sweat on being able to pay our mortgages if we just retain all our clients next month that we had this month. That meant sometimes taking a bath on projects from a financial perspective, but we far rather have done that than run the risk of our clients not being satisfied with us and wanting to run another project. It was never about two or three people - it was about a bunch of passionate people who wanted to make a big impact on sports industry.
