i think it's about having the right balance of entrapenureal energy, that is, relentlessly thinking about how can we disrupt ourselves. And so in my mind, a lot of creative energy and ontrpenereal energy within the business will oftentimes stem from either the ceo, the head of content of your content company, or the head of innovation if you are like a c p g or retail business. So i think it is important that entrapreal energy is balance with structural rigor.
