Wrestling Is Relevant in the Ring in the Cage

AJ: I noticed that like the Bellator guys have and these are guys like AJ Ken Russell, Archuleta can wrestle he's a good fighter Horaguchi can wrestle. Even on the defensive side they were overpowering their opponents not through physical strength per se but just vastly superior wrestling technique. If you're constantly fighting opponents in the ring how much you actually training takedowns take down defense all the various things that you need to train if you were fighting in a cage? He said we'll wrestling between the ring and the cage is different which for sure is very true  but it doesn't take a genius to figure that out in terms of like the outside observer.
