The Bar to Cut Rates at a Fed

If Fed Chair JAPAL comes out, indicates 25 basis points, they're going to hike by that. How much is that reprice market that is pretty much counting on rate cuts before the end of the year? I think we have to understand there's a different threshold for the Fed to stop hiking as there is to start to ease.
