Fat has the highest amount of calories per gram people with disordered eating habits typically it is the food source that people will avoid. Make sure you're checking out your vitamin d levels and other fat soluble vitamins because it can really affect your absorption of these vitamins. Also affects for women your menstrual cycle and whether or not you menstruate your fertility so it's also something to keep in mind.
