How Much Energy Is Going in the Climate System?

The world is warming up by that much energy per square meter of the earth's surface we're seeing but that doesn't tell you itself how fast the temperatures are going up. So this is a graph of where energy has gone in the climate system since 1960s, 1960 here to the present of 2018 or so and this shows you how heat energy has accumulated in the climatesystem. We've had to instrument up the earth's oceans with vast numbers of drifting boys to work out how fast prices are going up in different regions. But now there's a lot of uncertainty sort of pre-1980s because we didn't have these boy networks back then but we've got it pretty well wired up now
