Is Running a Super Shoe Creating More Injury Problems?
A study by Jordan showed that when runners do long runs in the shoe, they would have been first iteration of the paper fly. Their muscle soreness immediately after and the next day was lower. That suggests that if you trained by muscle soreness, you could either do more or you'd be less sore from your long runs. So for me, it seems like now the thing is right. How am I best going to use this tool? How do I manage because the shoe is now a tool? And how do I incorporate that tool? Because maybe there is an injury risk?"
