The Three Types of Diversity

When you talk about teams I think they're, they're sort of three important things. The first important thing is how big should it be. There's a guy named Richard Hackman he's died but he was an organizational psychologist most recently at Harvard. He found that the optimal team size was four to six. And then the third and final piece is how you manage the group.
