The Importance of Cues in Storytelling

In the first minute Of a story I can kind of have a sense of whether the audience is with me or not And because I don't memorize my stories. I remember them. So You know, I'll never forget there was a night at the brooklyn historical society It was a moth story slam. In order to get that story out and many many people when they're on a stage in front of people 99 of their bandwidth is Dedicated to telling the story and the last 1% is breathing and that's all they have.
