How Can I Double or Triple My Reading Speed in Minutes?

Jeff Greene says speed reading can be done in minutes. He uses a technique called skimming, which is directly the cousin of speed reading. A single chapter could be done as little as five minutes to as much as ten or 15 minutes and boom, you've got the gist of it.
