Is Consciousness the Same as Awareness?
Consciousness is the ability to be self aware, I guess. Some animals have bigger brains than humans that probably have more connections. There are a lot of arguments about things that are alive that maybe aren't conscious. But consciousness from what I read is more about awareness versus wakefulness and it's not just about being able to see things and being awake.
