Sleep is incredibly important there have now been a couple of studies in the oncology setting which have looked at weight loss interventions dietary or exercise weight loss interventions and again and again we're seeing that those individuals with less sleep are less likely to lose similar amounts of weight. I think sometimes you know when we screen we might find this but increase anxiety in patients or stress but does this really translate into a overall survival benefit or a true clinical endpoint so this study is looking at that question specifically for myeloma because we have these precursor disorders like amgas and smoldering myeloma where the standard of care is observation, but it would be good to be able to treat early if we knew
