i seeit in our industry is sick with that. I have a couple of friends who run fairly software companies, and it's really interesting for me to watch their sort of psyche year over year. Theyre not realy delivering for themselves. You could say they are in some respects, because maybe one day they'll make a lot of money off the deal. But for the most part, you're trying to deliver for someone else. A, i don't think that aiming for things is really like weat, weat like we aim to do a good jobh,. Because that's like the satisfaction of putting in a good day's work.
