Isn't It a Hoax?

Class was an arrogant, egocentric and unscrupulous individual. Class may be being deceptive when he says they didn't write or call him to dispute it. In his most recent book, calvin reports on what happened when he accompanied charley to the set of a t v show where charley was going to debate class. So charley was all set to contradict it. And there were fireworks at the event.
