The genetic testing and all of that is never going to help you with clinical diagnosis bedside. This is all for long term determining, you know, how long you're going to treat these patients. So what we need to be doing is like creating awareness and not just from for nephrologists, but like our trainees and to get people on the front lines starting to think about this.
