Climate Change - Do We Let People Live There Before a New Levy Is Built?
Google has bought a huge number of properties just in recent years. Sunnyvale is right on the shoreline it's protected by a levy that isn't up to federal standards and so there's a real kind of conundrum which is like well okay do we let people put housing there before a new levy would be built? That's a really tough call in a place where housing is in such short supply but you know like this the once something is there it's really hard to undo.
