Ukraine Cast: The State Controlled Suggestions of Western Participation
Russia's most popular TV channel suggested last night that coincidentally, and that is a quote, coincidentally, the dam was destroyed immediately after the British Foreign Secretary James Cleverly's unannounced visit to Kiev. That reminds me of so many previous other cases where Russia was blamed for something, and then the Russian media will come up with some really interesting or contradictory or unclear suggestions as to what might have happened.
