Can You Do Five Hit Sessions a Day?
If we had the time and the ability to split it up into five high intensity bounts per day, we may even burn a few more calories. So rather than just getting that one post exercise booster, we're geting it five times. We can still get really great results through doing n potentially a morning, a midday, an afternoon, quick eight to ten minute burst of physical activity. That can most definitel replace a 30 to forty five minute session for sure.
