i have a theory that our food is poison and yor not every kind. If you just eat clean for two weeks, tell me how much inflammation you have. There are days when i'm eating something that's making me inflame for forty eight hours. Pot actually cleans up my mialogies. I think soy is probably a problem in our diet. Try the carnivore diet.
