The four categories that I would decide on are one, technical analysis, two, psychology, three, risk management, and four, money management. These are kind of umbrellas and there are small little categories underneath it. Technical analysis is important to learn because it allows you to read the story that the market is telling you. It gives you the tool needed to consistently extract profit from the market.
