HBO has been able to put everything so much energy into building up the brand over the decades. But now you see that deficit where the HBO brand means basically nothing to most of the world. The fact that Netflix has spent all these energy and time going into Latin America, going into Asia, going into Europe, and doing the hard work of putting in infrastructure is making them relevant again.
