"I'm grateful for my parents and amplifying me to break a point where I could start branching out into real estate," he says. "My dad said, how do you think we lived in every single home you grew up in since the day you were born until you were 20 when you moved out? That wasn't even the cool part." He then learned about subject to and seller finance - taking over mortgage payments on people who have no equity but are trying to sell at a high price. And within his first 30 days of doing deals, he was able to double triple and then now quadruple his conversion rate by using these strategies.
