The State of Feminist Affairs

I think there's a little bit of this performative stuff that I always want to get back to like, okay, I think how are we getting money in more pockets? Because that's what actually can change women's lives. There's this thing where being asked to do panels, women's empowerment panel, it's like, why are we getting paid for these? Right. If it takes a my whole day and I don't ask for money and I don’t get paid, you know what I mean? Right. But I obviously want to share whatever I know, but it's also like, I'm empowered.
