La Land - Was It a Conscious Choice?
It's interesting in La Land, because most of the dance sequences are kind of one or two shots. They're very long, long takes. Was that a conscious choice to change the kind of camera style? Yeah. I definitely think it was a very conscious choice and stuff we talked about. We talked about everything in that film. There was nothing left to chance.
