Disney Takes the Next Step in Ownership Design
Long lines were annoying too many customers, and disney couldn't engineer the rides to accommodate more people per hour. The company introduced a fast pass that lets families skip the regular line for a fixed entrance time later in the day with a very short weight or no weight at all. Those who plan ahead can use up to three of these fast passes per day. For kids who want to take the seven dwarfs train, they're not so grumpy any more. Hw they're happy. Instead, it's basically win win.
