There were big questions in China about whether private creditors would really be also taking a fair share of the restructuring burden. The other G20 countries were, I think, quite annoyed that China basically said China Development Bank is a commercial bank and so should be exempt from debt-service suspension. But there was an interesting sort of compromise, it seems, coming out of the IMF agreement on Zambia.
