I do a weekly check in on like how the week when what went well, what didn't go well. I score myself based on like anxiety that I felt throughout the week. And just even having that that scores helped me and it's realized that it has gone down. So that's cool. Would you be able to share that we the template for the weekly reflection?Yeah, yeah, yeah. I would love to check it out and link it down below if people are interested.
