Do You Think There's Been a Better Trend Towards Using Sipa's Procedures to Protect National Security?
The intelligence community sometimes had to get a crash course from prosecutors in my office and in washington about how protective that sepa law might be. I do think since then, the intellgence community has become more familiar with the processes that are available in the course of a criminal prosecution to protect national security interests. And so i certainly saw numerous cases where we availed ourselves of the justice department of sipa's procedures.
