How to Make More Money Trading Stocks?

Mister buffet has espoused for decades the philosophy of buy and hold, o or hold forever. Is it a misperception on my part, or has his philosophy changed? There seems to be a much greater turnover in the equity portfolio lately. I mean, but te me there's too much, but there's way too much. It's still too muchethe same amount.
