I Have an Oven That Isn't Working.

i have an oven that has intermittently faulty. Whenever i bring a tradesman to look at it, it works perfectly. And then when the tradesman leaves, it immediately starts malfunctioning. The major problem is that i am married to an italian who is looking prospect of christmas with no oven. So my outdoor grill, there will be me wearing every hoody i own, prope standing in front of it. You know, i don't know, shouting at a turkey. Cook. Must be something in a kitchen.
