Coinbase is being sued by the SEC for alleged violations of federal securities laws. The company has been given a Wells Notice, but it doesn't give much more detail than that. CEO Paul Gahran: "This is on brand for this particular administration of the SEC to do this stuff without much further clarity" He says he's sharing the notice so people can reach their own conclusions.
