CNN's Fareed Zakaria: I'm going to assume the role of a skeptic and give you the arguments. It's not as if the two of you haven't heard these over the years, but let's go through the arguments. And I'd like to go sort of region by region by region very quickly. This is a brief conversation by contrast. So let's start with Iraq. President Bush could have chosen, quote, a Western friendly autocrat to establish order in Iraq. He chose instead, quote, to build a democratic political system. There's just no historical precedent for this at all. The only way? Come on.
