The Importance of Being Gender Inclusion in Basketball
Basketball was the first organized team sport that was ever made available for women to play exclusively for women. Inclusion means inclusion, and limited gender binary thinking excludes a lot of people. My wife worked her tail off coming from Julian California up in the mountains to get a scholarship. She would bring your own basketball to different things and only let people use her basketball. Don stately played WNBA and coach temple and won the gold with the Olympic team. He says, who does that? Women do.
