Having a Positive Reward as a Group

We want this to be something of low monetary value. It's just kind of a shot in the arm, good job sort of thing. The books, we like because can never have too many books. And so that's also on not leaving toys in the family area and things like that. This is really stuff that we want to see happen anyway. But again, what are the systems we can create to produce those outputs without us having to constantly be frustrated and remind?
