The Importance of Creative Listening
Sally Kohn: The concept of creative listening came out of work with IDO. She was trying to get her teams to kind of stop listening, and she looked at Quaker methodologies. It's okay to do a bunch of different things while you're listening to somebody,. Those make you better listeners typing doesn't make you a better listener. And so that's where regerian therapy began active listening. This is more sophisticated than we saying, uh, huh, go on.
