What's the Core Argument of the Paper?
The paper looks at some specific areas where there was some just interesting stuff in the leaked logs, and then also does some analysis of the entire content of the logs to look at what sorts of things the regime cares about. The idea being that verality and influence are the most important factors. There's a lot of massaging of the logs which i think is perhaps understandable if you study china and you understand how the c c p works.
