The Importance of Diversity in the Film Industry

I want it to be art. So if she's the best you know now if they went out saying we're only going to look for Hispanic actresses that seems wrong but it seems like if she was the best one that's kind of like that. What we got to do is put things in place that at least allows for the possibility of fairness. And then we all you know my grandfather you know his um some of his siblings were born in Italy. He was born here but like the family was that you know Italian at least you know as they came over and he loved Italian.
