The Importance of Professional Learning

It really is for me like a, why go to a place where knowledge is already somewhat the topic of discussion in a specific field. There's already some embodied or implied at least synthesis. And then it's like a reference list that you're getting to add to. It feels personal for me or for whomever that will give tremendous opportunity.
