Motivation Is Helpful When It Comes to Making Change
When it comes to making change, resolutions doesn't work. Some people think if i was just more motivated, i would be able to make these changes. But motivation ebbs and flows on a daily basis, on an hourly basis. Do not attach your success to motivation. And also, planning is helpful when it comes to makes change. Plans are fragile, because life happens.
