i think we have had i would say reasonable amount of courage in this organization that a lot of decisions which we have made over the years especially in phase three and phase four are not the typical decisions which most companies would have taken. We used to do these surveys and ask people who could walk into a store scap q-i right and wahapahv that if the data was not showing they came because they saw the tv ad then we said boss it's not helping us anymore so let's stop it. The product team has the lowest nutrition in this company we don't hire anybody from i-t-i-m and with no disrespect to you or anybody else no.
