The British Army's Conduct on the Local Population Gets Worse
British army does not take kindly to all this mayhem on the streets they're supposed to bring order to. They don't like to see soldiers being ambushed and murdered in bars. So their attitude to the local population, already paranoid and prickly, gets even more hostile. The rules of engagement start to loosen.
