Anerobic doesn't replenish at a very fast rate. If you deplete your anerobic capacity, i's going to take you a good five, six minutes to get it all back. The bigger your arobic nine, it may happen a little bit quicker. And and you don't have to wait for it to fully replenish before you utilize it again.
